Come Fly with Us!

The purpose of Jayhawk Model Masters (JMM) is to promote the building and safe operation of radio controlled (RC) model aircraft.  In addition, we strive to  fulfill our civic responsibility to the community, and support worthwhile projects.

Everyone is welcome to visit our airport! Clinton International Model Airport is one of the finest model airports in the Midwest, and JMM club members enjoy sharing their love of building and flying. At the very least, stop by the field when you see planes in the air and watch for a while. You can also visit via our Weather Station and Webcam.

Normally, we host 4 events each year; three at our airport and one at nearby Clinton Lake. All AMA licensed pilots are welcome to fly at these events. All events are open to the public at no charge. Due to the ongoing pandemic, all of our events for 2020 were cancelled. We look forward to resuming when conditions improve.

Our online club meetings are held on the third Saturday of each month. The Zoom meeting room opens at 8:00 a.m. for chatting, and the meeting starts at 9:00 a.m. JMM members will receive email invitations prior to each meeting.

JMM publishes a monthly newsletter. Our archive contains all issues since 2009.
